Procurement Guidance
Contract Vehicles & ITQ Enrollment The right vehicle for your offering.
The Pennsylvania Department of General Services oversees procurement contract vehicles, tools and systems, including PA eMarketplace, the COSTARS program and Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) contracts, each with its own regulations, procedures and requirements. PA NextGen is a Commonwealth IT ITQ contract holder and a COSTARS participant, so COSTARS members, including local governments, school districts and other eligible public entities, can buy through PA NextGen.
