What we do
Connecting NextGen technology solutions to Pennsylvania’s public sector and enterprise
PA NextGen matches Pennsylvania public sector and enterprise customers with the right next-generation technology. We serve as the accountable integrator: we assemble the specialist partners each requirement calls for, coordinate delivery and remain the single point of accountability.
We also help businesses navigate Pennsylvania’s procurement process, with working knowledge of the Commonwealth procurement code, contract vehicles and regulations, and SDB program requirements administered by the Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities (BDISBO).

The Pennsylvania Navigator
Pablo Adam, Founder & CEO
Pablo Adam is a telecommunications and public sector technology professional with 26 years of experience. He spent 17 years at AT&T, most recently as Client Solutions Executive for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, after serving Pennsylvania local government and education and managing Fortune 500 accounts headquartered in Central Pennsylvania. That work built long-standing relationships with Commonwealth agencies, local governments and education institutions across four administrations, from Rendell to Shapiro.
Supporting those agencies also meant building deep relationships across the enterprise technology community, with the manufacturers, carriers and solution providers behind their systems. Today Pablo works with many of those technology solution providers, connecting their solutions to Pennsylvania’s public sector and enterprise customers.
Governor Josh Shapiro appointed Pablo to the Pennsylvania Advisory Council for Inclusive Procurement (PACIP), which works to expand opportunities for small, small diverse and veteran-owned businesses in public contracting. He is a founding board member of Tec Centro Capital Region, a bilingual workforce development center in Harrisburg, and is fully bilingual in Spanish. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida.

Delivering results.
Legacy technology transformation for a major Pennsylvania public transit authority
Enterprise-wide replacement of an end-of-life legacy phone system with a fully managed cloud platform: communications, contact center, networking, zero-trust security, data centers and on-site services. Awarded in 2024 to a cloud communications provider as a multi-year, multi-million-dollar contract.
Our role: Pablo connected the provider to the authority and led the deal, from building the partner team to supporting contract negotiations.
Support services for a national public safety technology provider
Field support, IT fulfillment of hardware and software, and 24x7 field services dispatch in south-central Pennsylvania.

Dr. Christian CaicedoMD, MBA, CPE, FACHE
Chief Healthcare Officer
Dr. Caicedo is a physician executive with more than 20 years as an emergency medicine physician and EMS medical director. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and in emergency medicine by the American Board of Physician Specialties.
He served as senior vice president of clinical operations planning and care delivery at Teladoc Health, and as president of UPMC Pinnacle’s Cumberland and Dauphin divisions. His experience spans telemedicine, emergency preparedness and hospital operations.

Dr. Francia Doñe HenryPh.D.
Chief Public Safety Officer
CEO and Founder, Mion Consulting
Dr. Henry brings more than 25 years of law enforcement and security leadership. She served as deputy chief of plans and programs for a major metropolitan transit police and security organization in New York, and retired as a police patrol commander in Central Pennsylvania.
She served more than 13 years as a U.S. Army Reserve military police officer, including two combat tours. She is the founder and CEO of Mion Consulting, a Harrisburg-based, veteran-owned firm that provides organizational development, program evaluation, leadership development and training.
